Tour 1

This is a short 4-day excursion to the beautiful Mpumalanga Lowveld area. A total distance of approx. 1.200km will be covered, all of it on tar.
Tour 2 - Around Lesotho

Tour 2

This is a 7 day tour circumnavigating the landlocked Kingdom of Lesotho with a built in trip to explore the roads to Katse Dam. We will be riding a total distance of approx. 2000 km, 70% of which is on tar, the balance on gravel. It is not advisable for novices to gravel riding.

Tour 3 - Magical Garden Route

This is a 12-day tour starting in Johannesburg and finishing in Cape Town. You can expect a total distance of approx. 2700 km of which 90% will be ridden on tar, the balance on good gravel roads.

Tour 4 – Mpumalanga – North Coast – Drakensberg Circle

This is a 14 day tour which leads us in a circle from Johannesburg to the beauty of the Lowveld of Mpumalanga including the Kruger National Park, further through the winding roads of Zululand before touching St. Lucia at the North Coast. After a leisure day at the beach we continue through the valley of a thousand hills crossing over to the Drakensberg range and finally back to Johannesburg. A total distance of approx. 2.600 km, most of it on tar and it is suitable for new riders as much as experienced ones.

Tour 5 – The Namibian Experience

This is a 21-day tour which leads us from Johannesburg via the diamond city of Kimberley to the Fish River Canyon in all its glory, a quiver tree forest and a giant’s playground. A rest day in Windhoek gives us time to explore this town and in the evening we can keep our taste buds busy with a visit to Joe’s Beerhouse to sample some of their awesome dishes and beers. After Windhoek we will enjoy the stunning scenery of the gravel road cutting through the Khomas Hochland which we take to make our way to Swakopmund, a coastal town with a visible touch of German architecture prevailing. Based in Swakopmund, we will explore the Grosse Spitzkoppe and Cape Cross with its seal colony. [more…]
